OK Ok.. I know it has been awhile so this is what we have been doing!!

This is Andrew at one week old. It is amazing to me how babies change so quickly. This is Logan giving his little brother kisses. Andrew is 2 weeks old . Logan has been very gentle and loving with his baby. He is pretty protective too.
THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!
Breanna was very excited. So was mom.
The boys were just ok with it.
Hattie and Logan walked them to the bus stop to say goodbye.
Hattie was ok until about noon and then she wondered when the big kids were coming home.

See he has changed again!!
Andrew loves his bath time. He just sits in the water and looks all around.
It is very calming for him. Then he screams when I take him out. But I can't keep him in the tub too long.
LABOR DAY WEEKEND...
On Saturday we went up to Palisades to spend the afternoon with Nathan and Amy and their family. We packed up a lunch and took the motorbikes. It was a beautiful afternoon, the kids enjoyed playing in the little creek and in the dirt and riding motorbikes.
Then we had dutch oven dinner before we came home.Yummy!!The ride home...
ZZZZZZZZZZ
We were in the car for maybe 5 minutes when 5 of the 6 children were asleep.

When we reached the Swan Valley store the 5 children were still asleep so Russell and Brinton went in to get us a square ice cream cone. I should have taken a picture of one of us eating the icecream but it was drippy and needed to be eaten. No time for pictures.

Then on Monday we spent the morning at my mom and dads.
We picked 4 wheelbarrows of corn
Husked them
Fed the cows

Blanched the corn
Cut the corn off of the cob
And bagged the corn

We figure that we did over 100 bags of freezer corn just on this morning.
Not counting the day the week before that my mom did more corn.
And there is still corn in the garden to pick.

Then on Wed. September 9th.
Hattie started preschool
She had waited for sooooo long and was very excited.
You know her mom is her teacher this year and she has many friends in her class.

Finally, Andrew turned 1 month old.
At his check up he weighed in at 9 lbs 12 ounces.
The most any of our babies have ever weighed at this point.
He is starting to act like he wants to smile at us.
One of these days he will.
That is what we have been up to.
Hopefully it is not this long before I post again
but with six children, all the laundry, dishes, meals to prepare, places to taxi them too, not to mention church activities, helping out the PTO, etc, etc....there isn't much time to blog.
Love you all!!
